PHASE 1: PREPLANNING
DISCOVERY CALL: Let's talk about your business! We want to learn more about your business, how you work, and what makes you tick. Discussions about what kind of project you want, your timeline, which web platform you'd like to useand the goals for your business will take place in this preplanning stage.
PROPOSALS: We will send you a custom proposal based off of our Discovery Call conversations. This document will entail our intended process to meet your goals, your quote, and our recommendations on what to move forward with.
CONTRACTS: Once the proposal is accepted, contracts will be sent out for signatures and a deposit will be due by your start date.

PHASE 2: RESEARCH & OUTLINING
CONTENT: Any necessary information for your website should be provided to us in order to organize and strategize your website efficiently. This includes photos, verbiage, brand colors and fonts, etc. If you don't have content for your site, no problem! We parter with trusted copy writers to develop on-brand, captivating copy that hooks your target audience.
WIREFRAMES: To make sure we have a solid layout of your website, we will make wireframes, or sketches, for your approval. This is where we help you visualize the final product - where things will go and how we are intending on things to look!
TECHNOLOGY SET-UP: Once wireframes are approved, we will guide you through getting your web builder of choice set up, as well as any domain purchases you may need to make. Once the next milestone payment is made, and you're all set up, we go into the development phase!
PHASE 3: REFINING
DEVELOPMENT: The meat and potatoes of the project is this phase! We build out based on your wireframes and your copy (whether written by us or not)
SEO IMPLEMENTATION: We make sure all of your photos have alt-text, all of your page slugs are correct, meta descriptions are on every page, and the correct heading formatting.
FINE-TUNING AND FINALIZING: Almost done! We will fine-tune based off the revisions you need to the copy, photos, and color choices we use while building your website. During this stage, we also get the connection process for your domain done & make sure all buttons / links are working and transferred blogs are posted.
PHASE 4: delivery
After the final payment has been received, it's web launch time!
There is a 14 calendar day cooldown after the project to fix any small things that may have been missed - broken links, odd spacing or formatting, etc.
